M Damodaran, Founder & Managing Partner

M Damodaran, Founder & Managing Partner, has over two decades of distinguished exposure in the field of Secretarial Practice. He has rich experience in legal advisory, private equity financing, preparation of business plans and valuations. He has lead legal due diligence assignments for M & A transactions, private equity investments and public offerings.

He is currently a member of Southern Indian Regional Council (SIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Chairman of Professional Development Committee of SIRC, ICSI.

He is a regular speaker at various professional and training programs conducted by ICSI and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Damodaran is a Fellow Member of ICSI and a graduate in Commerce and Law.
