Kalayarasi J, Partner

Kalayarasi J, Partner has been associated with MDA for more than 8 years. She is an expert in FEMA/RBI compliances.

Apart from Company law compliances, her area of expertise include incorporation of Companies / LLPs and drafting of shareholder and joint venture agreements.

Kalayarasi also handles compounding applications at RBI for various corporates and obtaining all regulatory approvals, licenses, registrations etc., for start-ups/companies from various regulatory authorities.

She is a Member of ICSI and a qualified Cost Accountant. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
